I used the product once while hiking and it did not keep out the rain when a rain storm came. Upon informing the company of the lack of quality of there product they gave me a full refund. This leads me to believe that the rain fly that I received was merely defective and not up to the standards that the company has set. While the product I purchased did not work at all, the company treated me with respect and made it right. I cannot recommend the product, but the company did all it could to rectify its mistake which is why I changed my rating from 1 star to 3.
