Review on Knowtek by Luckie Coonrod

I recently had the misfortune of making a purchase from Knowtek, and let me just say that the entire experience was a disaster. First off, the quality and variety of their assortment of patio, lawn, and garden products were poor. They obviously don't worry about providing their customers with high-quality goods. The choice of generator and portable power was also disappointing, as if that weren't terrible enough. I ended up buying a generator and a few tools, only to discover upon delivery that they were defective. I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting customer support, but I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who were obviously uninterested in helping me. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest Knowtek to anyone searching for high-quality outdoor products or dependable customer service. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.
