I bought this stand for Zoom viola lessons on my iPad during COVID. This saved me a lot of time finding the right size and shape of boxes for the judges to set up my own booth where I wanted to be in class. Works well. Pros: 1. The stand has a heavy rubberized base. 2. The bracket is easy to adjust. Cons: 1. The vertical support is not in the center of the base and the stand can fall off if the lever is too far out of the way. 2. The clip is spring loaded so removing the tablet from the clip can be very difficult. I dropped my iPad the first time I tried to take it off, so I don't try (or put a big pillow underneath in case of an accident). 3. I'm not sure if the part holding the tray is screwed well. When I first connected my iPad to a charger, the weight of the cable caused the tablet to sag. It would be nice if the height of the vertical support was adjustable, but the arm span fits my needs.
