The wig is beautiful out of the box. This is a better quality than many Halloween wigs. However, it doesn't take long to tangle the strands into tangles. Before Halloween I had to squirt it with a solution of water and fabric softener and try to scrub it very gently. We lost a lot of hair volume this way. There was enough hair left in the wig for my daughter to get a few compliments. Overall the quality was good enough for the price and I would definitely use this brand again. Remember to use a wig cap and hair clips around your head to keep them in place. We didn't use the pins for an event and she kept slipping, but with the pins she stayed in place the entire 2 hours of trick or fun.
