Actually, as usual, I was looking for more propper straps but came across this TRU-SPEC strap and decided to try it because it was on sale and cheaper than proppers were at the time also on offer. I like it, it's more durable but at the same time more comfortable and holds in place better. It even has a nice elastic strap which Propper straps are sorely lacking. I'm sticking with it because I held up my pants. I have since repurposed my propper harnesses and modified them to use quick release buckles, making it a general purpose harness for everyday use. Tru-Spec is my new choice for pant straps.
