I've seen some people give this product bad reviews but to be honest it depends on your hair and if you follow the instructions step by step. I've been using this product for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems, if you follow the instructions you get the result you want. The only problem for most people is that the stuff in the second bottle doesn't smell very nice, but once you get over that, the results are amazing. I used to do perms but stopped for 6-8 months and then decided to have a keratin treatment. I can honestly say I will never go back. It's great to have straight hair when I want it, but back to my curls. If you have curly hair, this will not change the texture of your hair. it's washed out. Once your hair is straight, it won't get tangled even in high humidity. If you want to get a natural hair texture, you can do that too. It just makes your hair a lot softer and without any extra frizz.
