Not quite what we expected
This was my daughter's choice so fashion was definitely high on her list so we were very reluctant to make that choice but when I looked at the description looked at it was for the winter so we went with it. First we chose it in black BUT managed to get it brown somehow. She didn't mind it and decided to use it anyway. After using the coat a few times, I noticed that it doesn't have a hood. THAT would be a breach of contract for me (if I had known this beforehand) and I would have sent it back. If something has a zipped hood, assume it comes with it and is NOT sold separately.
