I got severe back pain due to poor posture and tried so many things but nothing helped. I tried it and felt pain relief within a week of using it. It is very comfortable, the shape of the bandage adapts to the curves of my body. The brace fully conforms to my body at the top of the body giving me complete support and comfort. The material is soft and breathable, made of plush cotton. It stays rock solid for hours while I'm at work, running errands, or just lounging around the house. I love how soft the shoulder straps are. I was concerned that I would develop a cook, but I had no issues due to the softness of the material. It is highly adjustable for total comfort.
