Edit: I have to say this chair is holding up beautifully almost a year later. Up to 5 stars despite my concerns below. ------------------ Very good workmanship, cushioning is soft but springy. The armrests go up if necessary, but can also be set very low. I have two issues with the chair that are minor but worth noting: 1) It's not as wide as I was hoping. I'm 6ft 3in, 245lbs, and the sides of the seat are clearly visible against the backdrop of the old butt. It's not necessarily uncomfortable, just very comfortable. Some people might not like it. 2) Again 6 feet 3 inches; The pillow has a very short elastic that goes through holes in the back of the back. This reduces the adjustment options and instead cannot be attached to the headrest, which allows me to rest my head on it. At my size, it presses on the back of my head, which is not ideal. 3) After a few weeks of use it squeaked a lot, but after a few hits of WD-40 it quieted down. Seems to need to be reapplied monthly or so.
