I decided to buy this chair mainly based on feedback from other users. I'm 6ft 3in and 220lbs and I love this chair. It has a high back, but the headrest pillow hits me in the neck. Instead, I like the upper back support more. I found the bottom pillow uncomfortable so I took it off and it was much more comfortable. Bought at the end of March and for the most part I've been happy with it. The original chair came with a broken gas spring and when they contacted Musso about it they immediately sent a new one which worked great. Everything was good. Ordered this chair for my grandson for Christmas 2020. The assembly went well. He found it very convenient. The seat broke in early March. Less than 3 months. I asked for a replacement seat. They say they don't. They offered me $30. The chair costs $179. My grandson is very thin. He shouldn't have highlighted this place. $30 is not a solution to the problem. Edit: I have to say this chair is holding up beautifully almost a year later. Up to 5 stars despite my concerns below. ------------------ Very good workmanship, cushioning is soft but springy. The armrests go up if necessary, but can also be set very low. I have two issues with the chair that are minor but worth noting: 1) It's not as wide as I was hoping.
