Bought at the end of March and for the most part I've been happy with it. The original chair came with a broken gas spring and when they contacted Musso about it they immediately sent a new one which worked great. Everything was good. After about two months I noticed that it makes a creaking sound with every movement. I think that's to be expected; A chair cannot stand forever. But in two months? :/ I don't use the chair much so it's not like I'm doing a Gamerbro review with the thing falling apart after using it 24/7 for three months. I use it maybe 2-3 hours on a weekday and more than 10 on weekends. It's an ok chair, but if I could go back I'd shell out a bit more for something that wouldn't start squeaking in a few months.
