I decided to buy this chair mainly based on feedback from other users. I'm 6ft 3in and 220lbs and I love this chair. It has a high back, but the headrest pillow hits me in the neck. Instead, I like the upper back support more. I found the bottom pillow uncomfortable so I took it off and it was much more comfortable. It reminds me of the same seats as the Jeep Wrangler JK, so if you know someone who has one, that's a shout out. My only criticism of the chair is that the armrests are set too far forward for my play style and are a bit shorter at the highest setting than I would like. A wider armrest area would be a great addition for future models. I recommend this chair .
