Ordered this chair for my grandson for Christmas 2020. The assembly went well. He found it very convenient. The seat broke in early March. Less than 3 months. I asked for a replacement seat. They say they don't. They offered me $30. The chair costs $179. My grandson is very thin. He shouldn't have highlighted this place. $30 is not a solution to the problem. I will happily cancel this if they fix the seat or otherwise replace the entire chair. Unless their service improves soon I would not recommend this chair. UPDATE: As of April 13th, I still haven't received the promised replacement chair. We made another attempt. I will keep you up-to-date. So the replacement chair has finally arrived. The box was crumpled, everything was covered with tape, but all the details were there. Couldn't provide first color choice or second color choice which Revain told me to ship but didn't arrive. I insisted. This chair was the third choice. However, a third choice is better than no choice.
