Cute, poofy skirt. - my new review
The skirt was surprisingly poofy and was still poofy after washing.
It did get a snag in the tulle after a few washes and dries in the dryer, but still wearable.

- I love that the tulle is soft and the leggings attached is sleek not baggy. Perfect fit
