Okay, I have to start by saying I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years now. During that time I've spent thousands of dollars on supplements, mostly because of the brilliant marketing like "5 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks!". What drew me to this product were the ingredients. If you care about fitness but don't think ahead about what you're putting into your body, then you need to reevaluate what you're doing. "Try it if you want - like the taste of candy you find at the dollar store. But no, it's the taste of frozen blueberries and crackers. I mean, that's right. Not too sweet, right bitter.Perfect if you ask.For taste and aroma it's definitely second to none in the industry. The quality of the ingredients and the transparency of the label is another MUST HAVE and another reason I bought it.Even though Whey is such an easy source of protein is it's cheap too and I don't think the quality control is the best for this mix is REAL FOOD and I stress the protein mix of chicken, beef, fish, egg and peas works very well if you don't try burdening his body with junk food Fishy flavor, no New York Angus flavor, etc. It just doesn't have that protein flavor. The protein powder is mixed but the carb isn't a mix.BUT that "grit" from the charcoal The nhydrate blend gives the flavor such character and "brilliance" that I wouldn't actually drink it without the "grit" - and that's not bad, trust me. You don't have to swallow oatmeal every time because it's mixed so well it ALMOST dissolves. Otherwise I can highly recommend this product and it is absolutely worth the money.
