Surprisingly beautiful for the price. The fabric is dense (20% wool and 80% poly), soft, lined, pockets, zipper. Definitely a light winter skirt. I am overweight (size 16) and bought the size XL which fits me perfectly. Nothing "cute" in my size, of course, but it fits and looks great for the holidays and would go great with tights and boots on colder days. If you are the right size this will definitely make a very cute skirt and can be worn with many top options. Similar quality costs more in the store.
