They can chop and chop almost everything: from wood to car doors, without fear that it will lose its working qualities (but not its appearance!). Actually, this is what it is intended for: a universal "trench" or "field" cleaver, more powerful and larger than popular analogues. Pleasant, effective blade curvature, exceptionally strong, but well penetrating into any material, the point, the shape, referred to for commercial purposes as "tanto", introduced into wide knife usage thirty years ago by the same Lin Thompson: the founder and owner of the manufacturer of this knife. Has cons: All expectations were met, because I knew what I was dealing with. The only thing to warn an inexperienced user about is that the blade coating is scratched and gradually erased from contact with a relatively hard material, including wood. In general, this is intended, since this knife is from the category of those whose appearance is not taken into account, because there is no time and / or nowhere.
