Block Failed - I had power at the plug and wired all the way and the volt meter read the correct 5 amps but when plugged in there was no power at all. OK, I thought maybe it was the USB tip, so I took the tip that I knew worked, plugged the device back in and everything was the same. I've checked the wiring at several points from the fuse box to the tip - the current readings are normal but there is no current. Error in the converter box. Revain has such a great returns policy so I sent it back, bought another unit from a different manufacturer and it worked great.
