Saved my butt from pain!

I can usually ride my bike for a maximum of 3 hours and at the end I stand up or lean forward to get rid of the pain. With this pillow I can ride for so long and feel almost no pain. I keep it about 2/3 inflated, not tight at all but very soft. turn and the belt will loosen. If the straps were a bit stiffer that might help. It does the job of the more popular pillows for 1/3 the price!
