The batteries that came with it were not good. WORST Solar Lighting
UPDATE #2 Worked this weekend. Fell to pieces shooting out of the trees. THE WORST LIGHTS I HAVE EVER BUYED! I bought 8 so this is an UPDATE - changing the battery worked great for one night. These are the worst solar lights I've ever had. Only glow for an hour or less, even after very sunny days. So sad the tree fell and ruined my last few lanterns because they were really good. Bought 4 sets. None of them worked with the original batteries even after several days in the blazing sun. Bought new batteries, everything works great!
