The laptop is very light. It's good. Sometimes the touch screen responds slowly. When you wake up your computer, it takes some time before it reconnects to the internet. The video quality for video conferencing is poor. Audio input, ok. Audio output unknown. If I need reliability, I still have to rely on the computer I was trying to replace. Simply not.
