The product looks very solid; However, the clutch was sent to me without a box or foam packaging. The hitch itself was only wrapped with a metal zip tie for shipping information. During installation, three of the four screws fit; However, the last screw was 1/4" open. I called Kurt and they told me that this has happened before with couplers bent in transit and a quick fix is to use a 2x4 between the jack and your coupler and lifting it up the weight of your car to bend it so the holes line up this is a terrible decision and a dangerous decision the hole lines up conclusion great looking product and seems very strong to me and how "simple" it curved clutch.
