Review on FoodSaver FSFRBZ0316 000 1 Gallon Vacuum Zipper Storage & Organization by Robin Crane

I had to buy replacement gallon vacuum bags for my vacuum sealer. I've seen all these rave reviews about frost free burns, but that wasn't my experience. I had ice/freezer burn from food sealed with these bags and placed in the freezer for 2 days! They work about the same as regular gallon Glad or Ziploc freezer bags when burned in the freezer, but they're more expensive. The back of the packaging says "not intended for liquids or freezer use". Wow. This was NOT made clear in the Revain ad or I would not have ordered them. But since it's listed on the mouse type on the back of the actual packaging, I can't ask for a refund. I just wish their ads on Revain were more honest and made it clear in the ad itself (not just the mouse on the back of the box) that these are not freezer bags that can be successfully used to prevent freezer burn.
