When I work all day on the computer and crochet, my hands, wrists and forearms often hurt. I do some hand and wrist exercises, but not all the time. This book and the balls made a difference! The book contains a lot of useful information as well as very clear instructions on how to do the exercises. My hands felt much better after just a few days of doing the exercises. Using balls really helps my hands/fingers stretch for daily activities. I can't recommend it enough!
