Snaps suck but otherwise great

I read a lot of reviews before buying and a lot of people complained about the snaps on this cover and they were right as if 1 of 2/3 snaps works, but I don't care because the ottoman itself is beautiful! The fabric is soft but very thick, like a soft canvas, good quality. It is well stitched with good stitching. It has good support when sitting like an ottoman (holds 200# easily) and it is also very easy to unfold, a child (8 years old) does it without help. As a bed, it offers good support (tested at 200#+ without flexing, bending, or rocking, but the main sleeper is an 80# baby). The mattress pads are attached at the bottom with velcro on all four sides so they don't move at all and although they are very firm pillows I just put a small blanket in front of the sheet to add some softness and it works great. It feels solid and sturdy, it doesn't feel wobbly or tilt at all, and it's just the right size to be used as a guest bed without taking up too much space as an ottoman. Very happy with this purchase.
