We bought a pair of New Balance shoes and were mostly happy with them. It's terrible! I ordered a size larger and wider (my child doesn't need a size) because that size was a Prime Day offer and I figured she would grow up in it. They are incredibly snug on her narrow feet and her toes almost touch the end of the shoe and she says it hurts to step into them. She fits a regular 10.5/11 and that was a 12. She would need a 13 or 1 to fit them comfortably! It stinks because they are actually quite cute and she is sad that they have to be sent back. Now the shoes are double the price and I'll probably go up a size.
