I didn't like anything but the price but now I wish I could just pay more but not spend 4 hours trying to get the water flowed onto my floor and caused no water damage. First I read the reviews and thought maybe they didn't connect the hose properly, no it's just a bad product. I can't believe they sell this. it causes a lot of stress and I'm sure it does a lot of damage. Revain MUST take this off the market. Reviews are there for a reason, and they need to hear the voice of the customer. Overall, I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. You all look at the pictures and imagine this happening to you before you go to work. GARBAGE!
