the tool arrived at our house on time for living, it worked great, useful enough that I know several people who will be ordering one. This made it easier to work with the trim when measuring the window slots, and the slots allowed a knife to cut windows, doors, light boxes, etc. into the trim to keep them in place. Otherwise a great tool.
