Review on 🌺 Floral Ruffle Elastic Z Black Women's Clothing by BTFBM by Dionne Reyes

Very cute skirt. I'm on the shorter side and the length is just right with heels. There is a stretch at the waist but it's still very small. This made it very tight around the waist. So I removed the waist by about 2 inches. In general, the style is very nice, I liked the high low hemline, the only downside is that it's not the best quality, if you look closely the fabric is "chintz". But the price will go down.
