So let's start with the fact that Nike seems to be more focused on looks and hype than quality and technology. These shoes look good but the construction and feel is very cheap. This is the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36. Many of the layers of fabric are glued instead of sewn because it's most likely cheaper. Mine were sent by Revain but sold by FitLine Supply, the shoes they sent were obviously used. The foam midsole is deeply cracked and the heel is soggy like someone tried it. For $120 I would have expected more from Nike but these are just cheap shoes at the moment. They call almost all of their shoes under $150 "entry level." If you want a really nice and durable pair of running shoes, buy them from a real running shoe manufacturer. Saucony, New Balance and ASICS still make the best running shoes. And for $80 for a pair of these three brands, you get a much, much more comfortable and durable pair of shoes than anything you can spend $150 on at Nike. The ASICS Gel Kayano 27 and the adidas Alphabounce feel great and are a much better shoe than Nike for me. These 2 have great heel support and a nice wide toe box to allow your foot to move naturally.
