I bake two loaves of sourdough every week. Since it's just my wife and I, it takes us a whole week to take care of it. Bee Wrap is the perfect way to keep our bread fresh all week long. This will keep the cut from drying out and the crust from getting too hard, preventing mold from forming like it does when stored in a plastic bag. This size is perfect for a 900g batard. (We store the unsliced bread in a paper bag until ready to eat.) As mentioned, it had a fairly strong honey odor that carried over to the bread a bit for the first few weeks of use. It didn't really bother us, but it's good to know about it. Since we only store bread in it, we didn't have to clean it other than shaking out the crumbs when changing bread. I wouldn't put anything dirty here because I think like raw denim and other specialty fabrics, it's best to clean as gently and as infrequently as possible. Overall I'm very happy with Bee's Wrap and will likely buy more. for bread-themed gifts in the future.
