The new formula is terrible

This product is terrible. Hopefully, but don't waste your money. Just tried it for the first time. Looks like they changed their formula to match the rating below. The product I received was brand new with a different wax. Doesn't even remove small fine hairs and I did exactly what the instructions said. I used my own aloe afterwards but I'm still very sticky. Dissatisfied
