I was absolutely blown away when I saw this product on SharkTank. After reading the instructions several times, I applied the product and it was a disaster! After I removed the strip of wax, all of the wax and hair remained on my upper lip. Hair was not pulled out. I tried a few more times and rolled up the towel. The only thing I like about this product is the cute tin. As a licensed beautician, I am very familiar with waxing. I bought this product after seeing it on ST and couldn't wait for it to arrive. i know how to wax I know the stripes should be warm enough. I let my mustache grow much longer than I could have had, just enough to hold on to. Removes about half of the hair and most of the skin. Terrible product and terrible experience. so unhappy

This is terrible for me. This is absolutely not for me. When it aired on Shark's Tank it sounded like a great product to get rid of my thin mustache. When I first used it, I got a blister within minutes. I stubbornly used it two more times, thinking I hadn't cleaned, sanitized, or moisturized (warm salt water, aloe gel, and then shea butter) after use, but I was wrong, I got back in minutes get blisters. NO NO NO for me! Now they are in the trash!

Very easy to use. If you're worried about waxing - don't! Just get No Mo and trust! I love how quick this process is. I have fair skin and get bright red when I wax. It wasn't enough for me. I could literally walk out of the house seconds after waxing and no one would know. Can't wait to get the brow and bush versions of this! Run, don't go!

This product is terrible. Hopefully, but don't waste your money. Just tried it for the first time. Looks like they changed their formula to match the rating below. The product I received was brand new with a different wax. Doesn't even remove small fine hairs and I did exactly what the instructions said. I used my own aloe afterwards but I'm still very sticky.
