The only thing I like about this product is the cute tin. As a licensed beautician, I am very familiar with waxing. I bought this product after seeing it on ST and couldn't wait for it to arrive. i know how to wax I know the stripes should be warm enough. I let my mustache grow much longer than I could have had, just enough to hold on to. Removes about half of the hair and most of the skin. Terrible product and terrible experience. so unhappy
