I was absolutely blown away when I saw this product on SharkTank. After reading the instructions several times, I applied the product and it was a disaster! After I removed the strip of wax, all of the wax and hair remained on my upper lip. Hair was not pulled out. I tried a few more times and rolled up the towel. I scrubbed my skin with soap and water for a while before removing some. My skin burned out and my upper lip looked TERRIBLE the next morning. I had a skin burn. Treatment lasted 4 days and endless Neosporin. I've learned my lesson and leave that to the pros.
