I used a teeth whitening gel that you often see in TV commercials. A container lasted about two years but is relatively expensive so I bought this brand to replace it. Works well I think, but it's terribly expensive due to a defective product. In general, I don't find pinch tubing problematic, but this material pertains to a type of pump, not a pinch tube. When the tube was full, the waste wasn't that bad, but sometimes it came out as liquid that spilled past the toothbrush. However, when it was about half used, regardless of my ejection technique, a large ball flew out of the tube, past the toothbrush, and into the sink, counter, or mirror. I estimate between a third and half of the product was wasted. If price weren't an issue I would order again because it buffers better than another product that sometimes irritates gums. It tastes great and is better than the more expensive product advertised as active.
