False advertising in the Computers and Accessories section

MacBook Pro that was not received at all that is advertised. Appearance is not like new. The aluminum housing is damaged. The keyboard is not like new. The trackpad doesn't even work, the pointer just dances across the screen! The battery cycle counter is in the mid-range of 400, not like new either. So far I've bought the paperweight for $999.99. I got through on the phone, went to voicemail (which is full). Sent via email. No Answer. False advertising by DealFisher.
