We have two cats who love to lock themselves in the bathroom at night while we sleep and then yell and knock on the door to get out so doorstops are a must you can close one door and the other where the trash can is. Anyway, I've tried many stops and any of them can hit the cat. Not with these doorstops, as they are made of softer rubber and leave no marks, they really stay in place. They are by far the best doorstops I have had and the holders when not in use are a nice bonus. If you're looking for a stopover, get these and don't waste your money on others.
