This product is the epitome of "never judge a book by its cover". The instructions looked easy enough to follow, but they weren't quite the opposite. Assembling the bars and top hooks was easy, but the base was INCREDIBLY STRONG. The screws that came with it for the bottom were too small and we spent hours and hours trying to put it together until one day we threw in the towel and went to Loews for longer screws (middle picture). Of course the big screws we bought were the cure and were done in less than 3 minutes. Great product, poor preparation by the manufacturer. In the first picture, the small screw that came with the product, along with the screw we bought, really worked. The last photo is the finished project.
