I like that you can create different carrier profiles, which allows me as an owner/operator of my business to pick carriers who best fit our needs at any given time without having to go through multiple applications or platforms. The system also has many integrations such as UPS integration so we are able to pull up all orders in one place rather than going back into each individual application when working with them individually. There really isn't anything about this product specifically but it seems they could use some updates over their current version (which was released almost 10 years ago). We have been using shipper edge since 2009 before there were other competitors out here doing what SE does now! This helps us keep track of everything related to shipments whether its tracking where freight goes once received by customer service agents etc..
