Easy-to Use Solution for Shipping Tracking

The ease of use, how fast it updates itself in order to stay relevant and up to date as far as changes go. I don't like that you cannot have multiple users per account or add additional storage areas (such as trucks) without paying extra. If your organization has more than one shipper then this should be no problem at all! It's not easy finding an accurate solution out there when dealing with so many different carriers/shipping companies. With Shippers Edge we are able to easily track shipments

A very user friendly shipping solution for anyone

I like that you can create different carrier profiles, which allows me as an owner/operator of my business to pick carriers who best fit our needs at any given time without having to go through multiple applications or platforms. The system also has many integrations such as UPS integration so we are able to pull up all orders in one place rather than going back into each individual application when working with them individually. There really isn't anything about this product specifically but

  • I like that they have an intuitive interface with no unnecessary features

  • The system could use a few updates, such as to be able to keep track of the progress of a shipping order when it is in various stages
