Review on SiriusXM SXV300V1 Connect Satellite Streaming by Kelly Martinez

Works fine but one day when I was booting up the main unit I got a message saying I need to check the tuner connection because SiriusXM is not receiving a signal. After trying multiple times to switch radio bands, I couldn't get SiriusXM to work. I got to the place, turned off the car and started it again. This time the Pioneer radio should boot up correctly and SiriusXM should display and function properly. This is where the old adage comes in: if the computer isn't working properly, restart it and restart it if necessary. Much better than tearing everything apart to find nothing wrong. Now, however, I'm supposed to get 90 days free if I buy the tuner. I called the phone number shown on the radio screen and was told I would have to call another number to get 90 days free. I called this number, waited 45 minutes and then hung up because I was tired of waiting. From the looks of it, SiriusXM doesn't really want to use their FREE service as if you were a paying customer with quick phone answers, but on a free subscription line you may never speak to a representative. Sad customer service.
