I bought a 10 watt block. First, the suction cups will not stick to a clean windshield for very long (<10 minutes) in direct sunlight. Also, the main box sticks out so much on the back that the suction cups near the main box can't even be glued to the windshield. Now for charging. The car for which this device was purchased had to stand at the airport for 2 months. So I bought a new battery and made sure it was fully charged before installing this solar battery charging system to test a few weeks before going live. During the two weeks that the car was parked in my driveway, the solar charger never indicated that the battery was fully charged (green light) as it even claimed a full charge in the advertised claim to "charge even a dead battery". one indicated new battery.
