Great tool for sending real time updates

I like the way the alerts are sent to our team and the way the app is set up to be able to send different alerts to different people. I also like how easy it is to update the alert information. I dislike that the app is a little outdated and I wish they would update it more frequently. I also wish that some of the features were a little better.

I am able to send alerts to my team with ease and they love it. It is easy to update and they love the alerts. I also love that it is easy to use and I can send different types of alerts to different people.

Pros

What i liked most about this product was being notified when an order comes in without having to constantly check for orders myself, or even just seeing if there's one at all! Also liking sending notifications directly from your phone so you don't have wait until 5PM before anyone else gets back into work mode :)
