Not waterproof, not worth it!

They're not waterproof! The children were playing in the snow and after 10 minutes their fingers got frostbite. When I checked the inside of the mittens, they were wet. I completely screwed it up and it's a waste of my money. I have expired to return them. I live in San Diego so it doesn't snow that often in our mountains so I bought these about 2 months ago to be ready when it snowed. It happened and we didn't have so much joy because the children's hands were cold all the time 💔.
