silicone pot holders with cute design were hard to find. It looks like the whole design will fly out the window if you go with silicone. Was so happy to find them in multiple color and design options. Very cute detail on the bottom and silicone mittens make it easy to grab things (I have small hands) and you don't feel hot. I noticed that some reviews said they were great for sliding ovens in and out and cooking in general rather than storing things for long periods of time. I just can't think of a situation where you would have to stand there and hold something hot for long lol. Remember that they are heat resistant, not heat resistant. Excellent purchase.
