Although they were thick and strong with smooth edges, they had the disadvantage that the top seams were rough. I could see the gaps between the paper where the top and sides of the board were assembled. I also love crumble my cakes right on the drums but I can't do that with these! They weren't perfectly smooth on the surface - not only were they unattractive, but the small protrusions prevented my scraper from moving smoothly over my brownies. They get the job done, but if you're like me with textures, I wouldn't recommend it.
