The youngest grandson got a BIG fee from this stupid button. He finds it amusing and uses it so often that his relatives have to hide it to stay sane. There's no rhyme or reason to give it to anyone, but for kids of a certain age, it offers tongue-in-cheek humor and unlimited potential for pranks on family and friends. It's a modern update on the old Whoopee Cushion and even more pointless.
