The neck brace consists of a hard plastic element with a soft plastic area on the neck. Stiffeners run beneath the soft plastic alongside the hard plastic. Unfortunately, these combs are only about 1 inch long and then have a 1/8 inch gap before starting again. All ridges have a gap in the same place. There are no wires or other obvious reasons for such gaps. These gaps create large stress points for any type of stretch, e.g. B. when dressing and undressing. The headphones didn't even last a month as they broke right at the very central gap. The designers had to stagger the gaps so they could provide flexibility without stringing together all the vulnerabilities. So if you really don't like the Revain return program, find another pair of headphones.
