I bought 2, one worked perfect but the other stopped working after about 10 minutes. We figured out the chain wouldn't stay on. I called the # in the manual, let them know the issue, and they sent a replacement for free. If you have issues, dont go through Ebay, contact the # i. the manual. Customer service was super nice and helpful, and fast! So I still give this 5 stars!

Worked great for a few rides, then the motor died. I have tried to get with Baby Expert, who sent, but it looks like it was purchased from Ebay so now trying to find out replacement options.

So far it is awesome and my 9yo girl loves it but we have already owned the 12 volt version and it just quit working after like 4 months. Hopefully I won't regret this one but it is her favorite ride on toy

My 5 year old son loves this toy! It took all of about 5 minutes for him to master balancing it. It is well-made, comes pre-assembled and had a heavy duty solid rubber wheel. We have Nighthawks for both of our kids, and when I tell you they love these things, it's an understatement. They are on them every day, they are the envy of all their friends who are now begging their parents for them.I also want to say what an awesome company Rollplay is to deal with. After a couple of weeks of use, the power button on my daughter's Nighthawk would no longer stay depressed. It worked, but you had to hold it down manually to make it go. This is so cool! Purchased as Christmas gift for my six year old and he loves it so much! His 9 year old sister enjoys taking turns on it also. Anyone out walking in the neighborhood when the kids are riding it comments that it looks so fun… and it is! Is great, my 5.5-year-old grandson learned to ride very quickly. The first ride in the park made a great impression for everyone. My grandson loves it. It drives fast, so at the beginning you have to be very careful, but it takes a few minutes. Great product, I love it and recommend it.

I bought this car and my children really like it, but there is one very big problem. The battery after a few weeks stopped charging. By time I realized this it was already passed 30 days and I couldn’t return it anymore. I was wondering if I could contact Ebay but I don’t know how. We bought this for our daughter. Needless to say, adults had to try it out. So much fun! This has become the neighborhood favorite. All the kiddos want to ride. Battery life does very well.

Gave this to my 6 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it and uses it every day. The batter life is very impressive. It has about 1-2 hours of use in it before it needs to be recharged. Every kid on the block wants to play with it.

It’s still in the box. We have another one for the older brother and he loves it. The reason it’s 3 stars is not about the product itself but about the customer service concerning the price. I got it on Black Friday as a deal thinking I got the best price, later on it went down $25 more and neither the seller nor Ebay was able to help me get the $25 difference back although it’s still in the box and still in the return window.
